A. No, domain registration is not included in our hosting plans.
You need to pay additional charge for that. We always ask for domain whether it’s registered or not in ordering procedure. If your domain is not registered then you have to pay for domain registration charges as per following link. Check Domain
Q. My domain is registered with other registrar, can i sign up at Zyn Media?
A. Yes, sure!
You have to just change the name server in your domain control panel to "ns1.xincmedia.com" and "ns2.xincmedia.com", which we will give u along with welcome mail after getting signup and payment. Q. What is difference between domain transfer and web hosting transfer?
A. Its very common question.
Domain and hosting both are totally difference thing. The nameservers connect the both domain registration and hosting.
Domain transfer means you will transfer your domain name i.e. mybusiness.com to Zyn Media. After transfering your domain you have to manage your domain nameservers, whois info from Zyn Media control Panel only.
Web Hosting transfer means You will transfer your website contents to Zyn Media. It can be done through ftp by your self or our technical staff will do it for you through more advanced options of Account transfer depending on your previous hosting provider facilities.
Q. What if I want to buy a hosting plan but don't want to transfer my domain registration?
A. You do not have to transfer your existing domain name to Zyn Media to host with us. You can change your primary and secondary domain name servers on your own schedule as we cannot modify any settings with your registrar.
